Fall 2009 Registration

Early registration starts May 15th and runs through June 19th. Early registration fee is $70.00/child for all divisions. Starting June 20th the registration fee is $90.00. There is a $180.00 maximum charge per household during early registration, $270 maximum after June 19th. In person registration will be on May 28, 2008 at Veterans Park under the shelter and June 15, 2008 from 6pm to 8pm at Testerman Park under the shelter.

You may also register online by clicking the button below. If your child has not played LMYSA soccer in the past, you must provide proof of age (copy of Birth Certificate.). If proof of age is not provided, it will delay the processing of paperwork. Registration forms, fees and copies of birth certificate may be mailed to the address listed on the form or dropped in the LMYSA Drop Box at 713 Linden Creek (Thornton Grove Subdivision). Note - Please register as a new player and only those that have not played for LMYSA within the past year have to provide a birth certificate.
